Emily Thornberry MP calls on Labour supporters to help fund May’s 2018 local election

Austerity, enforced by Tories and Lib Dems, is decimating local services. Throughout this Labour has been fighting for you.

In Richmond and Twickenham, our one councillor is continually asking challenging questions, embarrassing the Tories and ensuring they’re accountable to local residents particularly in relation to the childcare funding crisis.

With the May 2018 elections less than a year away, we’re mobilising more than 4,000 members in our two boroughs to fight the biggest campaign for a generation. But to do that, we need resources – and your support.

All campaigns cost money and the more we raise the more seats we can win. We need leaflets, posters, estate agent style boards, adverts and more, so every penny counts.

The Tories and Lib Dems have much more money than Labour, with both raising over £100,000 each locally, so please donate generously. Help us fight the biggest and most successful local election campaign our boroughs have ever seen.

Please give generously and help us elect Labour councillors on Kingston and Richmond councils so we can hold the Tories and Lib Democrats to account.
