Information about affordable housing delivery in Richmond upon Thames is publicly available but fragmented across several technical reports and project pages. Residents must navigate lengthy PDFs such as the Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) and Affordable Housing Update Report (AHUR) to find key figures, which are not presented in one accessible location.

While the data itself is comprehensive and accurate, it is difficult for non-specialists to locate and interpret. A single resident-facing webpage summarising affordable housing delivery, forecasts, and major sites would greatly improve transparency and ease of use.

Perhaps the council could look at curation and summarisation to increase ease and transparency?
